Product Exchange Policy:
If there is a manufacturing flaw we can replace the device if you can demonstrate proof of purchase. Your receipt is the 3-month manufacturer’s warranty on your device so don’t lose it.
Product Refund Policy:
If you change your mind, products can only be exchanged or refunded if they are still factory-sealed, and in as-new and saleable condition.
Cancellation of an online order is possible by phone up until the product is sent by post or otherwise removed from our store.
